Support cases not viewable - trying to submit eligibility for EDU entitlement

Hi, As part of the verification of edu entitlement, I have lodged "support cases" - problem is, after viewing the screen showing all cases, if I try and select an individual case, the website responds with "Error while loading case".

Has anybody else seen this behaviour?

Hi,

Yes, I see you are right, you were transferred to the Enterprise forums. It sounds like you have had a frustrating support experience. If you don't hear back from your open cases please let me know and I'll see what I can do to chase them up.


Thanks Alister, and anybody else who may have been involved in the background. Although not 100%, the problem seems pretty much resolved.

It took some time, but we managed in the end to get our product licensed. Yes, you could say it was frustrating, surprising for sure (in total, over 7 hours on CHAT, for starters).  I think next time I'll forgo the digital download, just drive to the shops!!

Hi,

I have seen this issue happen intermittently. Does this happen with all your support cases?

Does using a different browser help?

Yes - happens with all cases - thats 6 currently open and 2 closed. Browsers? - I have tried IE, Firefox and Chrome. Chrome & Firefox latest versions. I have also tried Safari on a mac and on an Ipad. That's all I have access to, but fairly sure its not a browser issue ...I'd really like to know if its something my end or yours, cause I'm running out of ideas ;-)

Hi,

If you can send me the name of your Admin Console via DM I can check from this side. I should say I am not seeing the same problem elsewhere at the moment.
