Chat support CC claimed to be a convenience , but works only from 10 to 18 hours, at exactly the time when I work. Tell me how I can solve any questions on the use of apps and subscriptions, if the support does not work, moreover it is impossible to send a message to the chat for further processing?!?! more stupid implementation of software support I've ever seen. the impossibility of subscription management, the unavailability of my tongue make unacceptable the use of adobe products. How can I unsubscribe and get my money back for a prepaid subscription without using the chat ???? English for me is also unavailable, so communication by phone is also not available. Want to deal with this stalemate and get rid of Adobe products. I'm waiting for instructions to unsubscribe (subscription is less than 14 days ago) and the return of the money. If the money is not refunded I will be forced to go to court with a lawsuit against Adobe.
