Support Chat currently closed....

Has Adobe closed or scaled back support chat option?  Over the last week, I have tried to chat four times.  Daytime, evenings weekends...  Each time the “chat is currently closed”

I’d rather not use phone support as I have diffictly understanding the suport person.
