Supposedly Paid Failed- now they want to change me more

Hello,

I am a student, I have a contract for 1 year (started 6 months ago)!!!, And today Adobe team sent me an email saying that my credit card has failed (never have a problem with it) and, Oh surprise, when I want to change the credit card my plan is canceled... So I tried to upgrade it or renew my membership and I have to pay 7 times more than before per month! This is ridiculous!

So, what is the deal?, You can´t cancel my membership but you simulate my card has a problem, I can´t do anything more than changing my plan to a 7 times more plan?, This is really a scam!

I hope Adobe Creative Cloud team solves my problem because this is really not a serious move, this is really a shame.
