Survey for Adobe from third party provider (CEB Customer Surveys). Is it legit?

Hello.

I have been a Creative Cloud subscriber for two or three years (can't remember exactly) and today i received a mail from "CEB Customer Surveys", advertising a third party survey on behalf of adobe.

Here's the mail (i obscured some part of the links just to avoid somebody clicking those addresses, in case they are scams or other).

I haven't clicked the link, of course, but the mail feels a bit sketchy, with no logos and very limited information.

I want to know, from the adobe team, if this is legit.

Seems a bit weird a huge company like ADOBE would need a third party survey provider.

Thanks.

Correct answer Ned Murphy

Just about every major (aka: huge) company that has surveys utilizes companies that specialize in processing them.  It saves inventing a whole new department/division for something that happens infrequently relative to the day to day business.

As far as no logos goes, the message clearly indicates that images are not being displayed - likely a setting of your own email preferences.

In any case, if you feel iffy about taking the survey, simply ignore taking it.
