Jerónimo, sorry you cannot access the plan you are paying for. What Adobe software or subscription are you trying to utilize? I don't see any active memberships under the e-mail address you used to post to this public discussion forum.

Ese es el problema, me suscribí al plan de 25€ pero no me sale activo en la cuenta pero si pago el dinero mensual
