Suscription change (Photography plan to Full Collection)
Today I tried to change my plan by purchasing the full media collection but when I had to cancel my first plan the page didn't allow me.
At the Support Center there was an indication which indicated a "Plan & Payment" button should be displayed after I entered to the "View Plan" section, but this plan & payment button is not showed on the page.
I tried to buy the new suscription, and because I thought I should cancel first my previous plan the page charged me for early cancellation of the phtotography plan. Now I cannot use any plan, because I can not buy the full media and the past one is cancelled.
What procedure should I do next to get the full media suscription and get my refund for this mistake.
