Swapped hard drive as defective. How to disable?

Hello.

Sorry for my english, it's not good.

I bought 6 Adobe Lightroom officially.

This was installed on my computer. Now my hard drive has failed and I had to replace them.

I then installed on the new hard drive Lightroom again and now getting the error message at startup.

"The serial number 1160 etc is already used by the maximum number of computers. You must within 30 days to another computer disable it to use this product can.

What can I do?

I had the same problem yesterday again, this has not been resolved and on my private e-mails I get no answer. I bought a program and you can not use it, so it would be very nice if someone would help me. You can intrude on my PC also liked.

I have Lightroom now uninstalled several times and then reinstalled it, but without success.

    I am now so far that I have problems with Adobe Reader XI. After entering the serial number and attempt to activate the message comes.
