swapping Adobe CS4 from PC to iMac

Yes, it's correct BUT only for the current version (CS6). You are no longer able to switch CS4 Windows to CS4 Mac.

You're also too late to upgrade from CS4 to CS6 so you'll either have to:

1. Buy a new version of CS6 for Mac and pay full price, or
2. Join the Adobe Cloud
