Hello. I was logged in with my boyfriends account for a free trial on indesign.

Now I payed for Indesign with my own account. But it is not possible to log out of his. So I uninstalled it. And installed it with a link in my profile on the web. After downloading it again it logged in to HIS account again. Also on the web.

So I logged out of his on the web and deleted all of Indesign from my computer again.

I did this 3 times now. Its on a macbook pro.

I am going crazy. I need to log in to mine. Please help.......

Start the creative cloud app. If you are logged in with your bf‘s Adobe id, sign out. Then sign your id in.

How are you logging out?

Try opening InDesign and under the Help menu choose "Sign Out..."

It is possible in the web, but not in the program in my Mac..
