Switch from Mac to PC? No installation Kit and Serial Number anymore

Hello, i got the following problem:My company uses the CS5 creative suite, our art director left the company and we have no further use for the macbook. Now we want to use adobe cs5 programs on a windows pc instead of an mac. But we don't have the installation kit and the serial number anymore. Any Chance you can't help us out with identifying the serial number and telling me how to install the software on a windows pc?

You Mac serial number won't work on windows.

CS5 does not qualify for a platform swap and you will not be able to get the Mac version to run on a Windows machine. Only CS6 qualifies for the swap. The link provided by Megha Rawat will indicate this as well.
