Switch from PC to MAC for lightroom

I have switched from PC to Mac and tried to type in the license key.

The system replied;   Try once more and if it doesn't work contact the helpdesk....'

I am 100% sure that I typed in the correct key.

Any Idea what's going wrong here?   Could it be because this is the third time that I am using the key. (2PC and now the Mac)

    Thanks you for sharing the details, serial number that you have provided is for Photoshop Lightroom 4. Are you sure that you have downloaded the correct installer? Please try to download Photoshop Lightroom 4 from here.

    Which version of Lightroom are you using? Please provide the serial number in a private message so that we can assist you appropriately.

    You may try :Error "The serial number is not valid for this product" | Creative Suite

    Note: Make sure that you are sending the serial number via Private Message only.

    I am back up and running in LR4!
