Switch from the Creative Cloud Photography plan to the Creative Cloud Photography plan with 1 TB

I'd like to switch from the Creative Cloud Photography plan to the Creative Cloud Photography plan with 1 TB. But everytime I click Plans & Products, and then click Manage plan I see an empty frame without any content and without plan details. No Buttons for Switch Plan or Cancel Plan. Nothing. What's wrong? Any hints?
