Switch installation path - I have a SSD for Windows its my C:// and a normal HDD my W://.

I've downloaded the Creative Cloud in my Download Folder on W and also want to install the Cloud   Photoshop on W .. but.. it didnt asks where do install the Cloud itself and its on C.. Creative Cloud itself is not that big but i cant install Photoshop on my small SSD - i tried for so long now tried to reinstall and switch the Installation Folder also in Settings/Apps the folder Ive switched but it always want to install photoshop on C. Has anyone an idea?
