Switch PC to Mac version for me?

Hi there. I have been a loyal adobe customer for years now. I have within the last year or so bought Adobe Photoshop CS6 and Lightroom 4. for my Windows PC.  Shortly after buying them, I realized that PC was not the right fit for me and I wished I had made the switch to Mac when I had the chance. After a year of saving, I have made the switch to Mac and I love it. However, I was curious since I have invested so much money in the PC version of Adobe products and have just sunk a lot of savings into my new Mac setup if I could transfer my codes to be a MAC version. I am a student at University of Southern Maine and a photographer as well.
