Switching countries plan / pricing

I'm currently on a 'Creative Cloud All Apps' Annual Plan, Paid Monthly' plan that I purchased from New Zealand, but I have moved to the United Kingdom and I would like to know if it's possible to change the plan to the United Kingdom one. If so, how do I change this in my account settings?
