Switching from 2 plans into 1

I have a subscription to Photography Plan and for Illustrator. Now I would like to change that to Student subscription that covers for all the plans (it has photo plan, illustrator, etc.). When I try to switch it, it only gives me an option to do it from photo plan. I don't understand why should I pay for illustrator alone and also for the all-in subscription that already has illustrator inside. Please help me with this.
