Switching from PC to MAC

I have CS4 Extended (student license) for Windows.  I am now switching to Mac and I am wondering if there is a way to get the Ma versionwithout having to purchase the whole package again.

you can only swap current version.(http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/405/kb405819.html)  You can upgrade it to CS5 Photoshop Extended or if you are still a student you can get the CS5 Photoshop Extended student edition.
