Switching plan from Adobe CC Membership to Adobe Photography Plan.

Hello,

I had a one year monthly plan for Creative Cloud membership (at £45.73 monthly) that started in January 2016, then renewed in January 2017. Today, I switched over the plan to the Photography plan at £9.98 per month.

The plan has been switched over successfully and I've been charged for the new plan - will the monthly payments here on be at the new price of £9.98 per month?

And, I am curious if there will be a cancellation or any fee applied to my account for switching from the Creative Cloud membership to the cheaper Creative Cloud Photography plan?

Many thanks,

Paul

You should check to make sure you didn't just add a new subscription along with the existing one.  Normally there is a penalty of 1/2 the remaining cost for an annual subscription when you cancel early.  Contact support to make sure where you stand.
