Switching Plans

I purchased the lightroom cc $9.99/month plan with 1 Tb of storage. Can I switch it withe the 20Gb plan with 20Gb and Photoshop? Do I need to just cancel my plan and buy a new one?

Hi Timothyl,

Go to your Adobe ID account and select "Manage Plan". There should be an option to change plans under "Plans & Payment". More detailed instructions are here: Learn how to change your Adobe Creative Cloud plan​. If that doesn't resolve things for you, reply to this discussion, and we'll go from there.

You might try the change plan workflow first Learn how to change your Adobe Creative Cloud plan

If you're not seeing the 20GB option then yeah, cancelling your current plan and signin up again would be the best bet.
