Sync settings between two computers

We have two Windows computers, HOME and WORK,  and everything inside "Documents" and "Pictures" is synchronised using Dropbox Plus, the idea is that we can continue to work on a project at home in the evening.

Can anyone suggest how I can also synchronise the Brushes, Actions, Workspaces, Preferences and other settings, so that a change on one computer is reflected on the other?

Thank you in advance.

Chris

this is how to sync using older versions of ps cc, Sync Settings in Photoshop CC « Julieanne Kost's Blog but that's been removed from the latest versions.

and i don't lr ever had a sync settings option.

you can export and import settings:

Photoshop:  Choose Edit > Presets > Export/Import Presets.

lightroom, Export presets, settings, and plug-ins in Lightroom

Photoshop upgraded today.  This options are not available.  Still need to manually copy my actions from one PC to another?
