Synchronize settings and plugins between two Mac

Hello,
I installed Creative Cloud on a new computer (MacBook Pro) but I can't synchronize all the settings (keyboard shortcuts, presets, actions, plugins, workspaces, etc.) created on the old computer.
Both have the latest versions of the individual applications.
If automatic synchronization is not possible, can I manually export the current settings of the old computer to the new one?
