System crashed so need to re-download all apps - where are they?

Question

Following a power cut last night my SSD system disk was zapped and I had to reinstall Windows 7 today. While no data was lost, unfortunately the Download folder was on that drive and all the Cloud install files were there. I therefore need to re-download and re-install all the apps I use - Manager, Photoshop, Lightroom, InDesign, Illustrator, Dreameweaver for starters. However I can't find where to download them from. Can anyone help please?

I see Adobe Creative Cloud purhase under your account, login to www.creative.adobe.com and download your fav app.

Please use - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/troubleshoot-creative-cloud-installation-download.html in case of any issues with download/installation.
