I am looking into buying a new computer.  Will CC run ok on this computer or will it be painfully slow?  Thanks in advance.

Ask the vendor! That's what I did. He configured my computer for my intended use and it was at that time a good choice.

But a laptop with Intel graphics is at the low end of the performance scala. 8Gb is the absolute minimum for a Windows 10 machine. I've currently had my nice's laptop in my fingers. She had 4GB and that was just enough to run the OS. We have bought 16Gb of memory, that will help her through the next months...

And I nearly forgot: Without an SSD you will be out of luck. Standard HDs are that slow with starting the OS and the programs that you will have a lot of time waiting for the computer to start. The SSD should be at least 500Gb. If you have 1Tb you can also keep your data on the disk.
