System Requirements Not Met Error Code : 190

Recently im trying to install Adobe Photoshop cc 2018 for Windows 7 x64.

But everytime im trying to install, it always says "Sorry, Installation Failed. System Requirements Not Met. See the minimum system requirements for more details. (Error Code : 190)"

I check my pc System Inforrmation and PS cc 2018 system requirements but i think it should've work because my pc met the minimum system requirements. Any help please?

You need to get up to date. Windows 7 is past end of life, Microsoft have presumably closed down all the downloads for it. Photoshop 2018 is also long out of date. Photoshop is a leading edge app, not something to be squeezed into out of date computers. 4GB is not enough for effective work either.
