therefore i cannot update to the software.

Its not ideal but its ok becuase i can continue to work, but lately i get these brown notification messages and i can't get rid of them its very anoying.

I have the trashcan mac pro Mac Pro (Late 2013),

3 GHz 8-Core Intel Xeon E5

64 GB 1866 MHz DDR3

AMD FirePro D500 3 GB

you'd think this might be enough to run the adobe suite but apparently not.

How do i get rid of this message? ie. the brown one that says 'Time to update'

Thanks in advance

Your computer is capped at macOS 12 Monterey, which is obsolete and no longer supported. That model does have decent resale value and a new Mac (even a base model such as a Mac mini) will be much faster and supported. Its definitely time to look at an upgrade.

Start budgeting for new equipment. Your current system is sorely outdated for use with modern apps.

Make sure your new device meets the minimum CPU & GPU requirements. Most Creative Cloud apps work on these systems, no more than 2 versions back:

  • Windows 11 (64-bit) versions 24H2, 23H2; Windows 10 versions 22H2, 21H2;
  • MacOS 26 (Tahoe), 15 (Sequoia), 14.7 (Sonoma).

Hope that helps.

I would remove the Pre-release builds. They're not intended for production work, just beta testing purposes.

correct, your computer is too old to install even near current os'es, and old os'es (esp, mac os'es) cannot run near current adobe apps.

for specific apps you can confirm using https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/system-requirements.html

Running an older version of Beta or Prerelease does not help the engineers, so you will get this message to update. It is there by design and cannot be turned off. To "get rid of it", you either need to use the most current version.

Most likely you will need to update your computer and OS to one that will run Prerelease.  Your other option is to uninstall the Beta or Prerelease. You won't see the message in the Released version.

Does your computer meet or exceed the recommended system requirements? See this page and select macOS, as it defaults to Windows.

https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/desktop/get-started/technical-requirements-installation/adobe-photoshop-on-desktop-technical-requirements.html

Unless you have upgraded components, there is a good chance that your 2013 computer does not meet (or exceed) the recommended requirements.

(You didn't say which app you are running, but Photoshop and Premiere Pro have the highest requirements.)

For an FYI, prerelease issues should be addressed in the Prerelease platform.
