system states already downloaded but unable to locate

Downloading adobe acrobat 9 standard.  system advises me that it is already downloaded but I cannot locate on the system.  checking d drive and I am unable to locate.

    Hi Josephine01,

    Welcome to Adobe Forum,

    Please check if you can locate it under control panel. If you can locate it then you can uninstall it(check the preference box) & then reinstall it.
