Système d'exploitation Windows 11 24H2

Bonjour,

 

Je suis nouveau sur la suite Adobe, je rencontre un soucis majeur, suite à ma soubscription je ne peux pas installer Photoshop ou Illustrator car mon système d'exploitation est incompatible d'après le site.

Après vérification j'ai le windows 11 24H2 (64 bits) 

+400Go de stockage disponible

16 Go de ram.

 

Auriez-vous une solution ?

.. that's your os'es default browser.  opera is especially problematic.  firefox and chrome work barring some settings.

Bonjour, J'ai le même problème. J'ai la même version d'OS : windows 11 pro 64 bits 24H2 . ce n'est pas qu'un problème de navigateur car même en ayant réussi à télécharger la mise à jour de Photoshop et Lightroom. j'ai toujours un message qui me dit que mon système est incompatible et certains plug in (Luminar AI) ne s'ouvrent pas me demandant de faire un update à windows 10 ...Lorsque j'ouvre les infos système sur Photoshop, il mentionne que j'ai un windows 10... Savez vous comment je peux changer cela ? Merci de votre aide.

Hi Kglad, thank you for your answer. Meanwhile I found that my computer was connected twice in my adobe account . I desactived the old connection and relaunched photoshop and this time the info on my OS was good (windows 11 pro ) and therefore my pluging worked. but today (I closed photoshop yesterday), it is happening again, system info in photoshop says I have windows 10.  To answer your question I think I have the last version of CC downloaded : 6.6.0.611 and last version of Chrome : Chrome est à jour

Version 136.0.7103.93 (Build officiel) (64 bits). I would be very grateful if you can help me with that issue as I can't use my plugin with this bug... I precise that I just checked in my adobe account and this time I have only 1 connection activated.
