Taken my money & won't let me in to photoshop

Hello,

You have taken my money and have not delivered your software. It stays stuck on "Please wait for a moment". Well, a moment has been over an hour. I see you are quick to take money, but not let people into your software.

I wish someone would replace photoshop, I really do. I hate dealing with Adobe, it's like dealing with Wells Fargo Bank. The software is constantly trying to find ways to charge me more money without providing any benefit, only frustration.

I guess this is what we get in Trump's Amercia!! A company who takes the money but does not let us in!

Have you been able to install Photoshop yet? If not, please show a screen shot. Several of us volunteers are eagerly waiting to assist!

Where do you see this message? The subscriptions are immediately available like money charge .

When did you pay for your subscription? It sometimes takes 24 hours to process new orders.

Does your system meet the minimum requirements to run Creative Cloud + Photoshop + OS + your other software & services?

Were you able to log-in to Creative Cloud desktop app with your paid ID and password?

Dear iamleppert ,

Sorry that you have difficulties accessing Photoshop. If you would constructively describe what happens, what you did and where the software sticks, may be one or the other here on this user to user forum could help you. I can confirm that the software works on several of my and several of other computers and that Adobe does not" take your money but does not let you in."

To start with, it would be helpful to tell us on what system you're working, what's the version of your OS  and what subscription you took.
