Tax Exemption

Has anyone ever successfully applied tax exemption to their account? I've been trying to do so for months. Every time I submit a form I'm told its the wrong one or that it's the wrong format, despite following the directions I've been given (which have been vague and changed frequently). This has been an infuriating process, so any help would be appreciated.

I received an email with the following link to submit my tax exempt form and was successful:

cm-portal.onesourcetax.com/#/main/home

Not sure why this process is so hard for some companies. I have submitted tax exempt forms to plenty of companies and it was relatively easy. Oddly enough, in my experience thus far, the companies that make it so hard to submit form are tech companies. Best of luck!

The info that I provided came from Adobe in an email. I clicked the link
and it took me to a portal to upload my new tax exempt form.

Here is their address. One of the things you need to put on the form, that they don't publish anywhere. It took me 10 minutes of chatting to get them to give it up.
