Teacher license

I would like to know if a teacher/student CC license can be used on a desktop and a laptop. I understand maybe not at the same time, but I was unable to find an answer anywhere.

    -https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/sign-in-out-activate-apps.html
    -Windows or Mac does not matter... 2 on the same operating system, or 1 on each
