Technical difficulties preventing me from cancelling my account
I have contacted customer support several times today to cancel my subscription. I have a month-to-month subscription and want to cancel today.
First of all, I'm not sure why there isn't a simple a "opt out" button on the "manage subscriptions" page. This would take away the pain of having to go through several agents.
After contacting customer support, I was told that they cannot cancel my account and have to contact them again in 2-3 hours. Of course, after 2-3 hours, they tell I have to contact them again in 10 hours.
Since my renewal date is in 2-3 days, I need to resolve this. Please follow up on this without me having to chase this all the time. It's time consuming and it should be a really simple process.
I have to say that I'm quite disappointed.
