That is a Microsoft problem, so you need a Microsoft solution
Go to the Search bar at the top of http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/ to find and re-install the C runtime, or for ALL Windows help
    -or direct to https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2977003/the-latest-supported-visual-c-downloads

I need Technical Support, I have been a Creative Adobe Cloud Member with you for many years, and for the first time I cannot get many of my Apps to work. I have been doing Video Editing for many years.  I pay you every month for these Apps. Can some one call me and help me this morning, Saturday, I am here now, I need this problem fix, thank you. Pastor Charles Pratt TELEPHONE NUMBERS REMOVED
