Hi,I just want to thank glad and Ben M for your help.Adobe has informed me that it is no more possible to obtain PhotoshopElements 9.Claude Janvier@claudej44549011 actually, if you're willing to learn how to use wayback, you can find old working links, https://web.archive.org/

Ben M · Answer

You may still be able to get the old version from prodesigntools here: https://prodesigntools.com/photoshop-elements-9-premiere-elements-9-direct-download-links.html . However, this is 14 year old software and may no longer work on your current computer so if you run into issues your only option may be to upgrade to the latest version.
