I can understand wanting to free up disk space, especially when several years of Adobe applications have accumulated on your Mac.

If you no longer use the older versions of Bridge, Media Encoder, or other Creative Cloud applications, you can generally uninstall them without affecting the current versions. I would recommend confirming that your current applications are working as expected before removing anything.
