Test: Email Subject Line

I have received an email from Adobe Systems heads TEST, in the message section I just says 'test'

Nothing else on the email at all

the address it comes from is <adobeemea@info.adobesystems.com> It just seems a bit strange, no explanation at all.

Is this a scam?

Thanks in advance

Ivan.

[Title edited by moderator for clarity. Was "Test".]

If you are not sure if the email is valid, then forward it to phishing@adobe.com.

I questioned this email in

which of these adobe e-mail adresses are real and which are spam / scam etc.?

It also contains a tracer picture with an unique ID, probably linking back to the email address in a database somewhere at the sending end of this.

To me there is no way to validate if the source is legit, but it does not seem right to me to receive this email.

I wonder... looking at what I can make up from the names of people posting, I suspect some bias to the Netherlands...

The address seems legit. It looks like you got that email by mistake, as other people got it too.

I received the same email. Haven'y opened it as it looks odd.

Based on what others are saying, it's probably fine to delete it unread.

I got it too. Most likely just an error, a test email that should just have been sent internally.
