Hi to all,

We are currently encountered an issue on the different Adobe application in the workstation.

A. The sign-in account user was automatically logout without any execution of the operator.

- We are encountered that the application like Photoshop or Illustrator that are currently user sign-in is being logout automatically when the application is presently in used.

- The sign-in user is being logout automatically in the system after I reboot or shutdown the computer.

- It is good to have a single Adobe sign-in user in a single computer with 2 user (Standard and Administrator) that are both currently sign-in?

- They appeared a message that the membership of the user was already expired but it is not as I expected after I login in Adobe Creative Cloud.

Thanks for those who can help me and I am very much appreciate for those who will give some advice and suggestion for stable solution.

Adobe CC is one at a time but the old cs6 products could be installed on two systems at the same time... having two accounts running on the same system at once would require a way for Adobe (and your computer) to be able to tell them apart i.e, if one was inside a Vmware or hyper-v then they have their own network channel to Adobe.

I can't think of any senario that makes having a normail and admin account active on the same system a good idea... even without bringing Adobe software into it.
