Question

The Adobe Download Assistant has been already downloaded but after klick on it it doesn't launch. I try to start it with Win 8.1.

Why does the Download Assistant doesn't work properly with Win 8.1?

    Hi,

    After Adobe Download Assistant is installed, you can start it at any time and select a product to download at the bottom of the window. The list updates as new products become available to download with the Adobe Download Assistant.

    I'm having this same issue. the ADA in in my folder, but when I click on it, it does nothing..... will not install
