The application does not launch

Hello, I'm contacting you because since yesterday my photoshop no longer works, whether it's the normal version or the beta version, neither launches...

FYI: I'm on Windows 11, my drivers are up to date, I've already tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it doesn't work....

it's an adobe tool for importing and processing raw photo data.


The only alternative I've found at the moment is to take version 22.2 which works correctly, all subsequent versions have bugs like the latest one....

use the cc desktop app to uninstall (https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html)

 

uninstall all betas

test if problem's resolved

 

if not, uninstall problematic apps, restart your computer and reinstall the problematic apps.

Uninstall the BETA version and see if that helps.
