the application(Photoshop) was unable to start correctly

error(0xc0000022)... I just purchased a monthly subscription and the program is constantly being interrupted by this error. I remember it said something about registering the product... but in the email it says it will recognize the subscription upon launching. Please help.

    I'm running as an administrator. This laptop is has 4 GB of ram and 67 GB free harddrive space running Windows 7 with an i-7 processor and my security is AVG...

    I get this message from Adobe Support Advisor:

    installer program

    cpsid_82829s1:"A restart is pending,"

    bootstrapper error has occurred.

    This addresses your issue , follow the steps in the "A restart is pending" section.

    Are you running with sufficient user privileges? What are the system specs? any security tools that could interfere?
