The application “XD Installer” can’t be opened.

I just started a 7 day trial of Adobe XD and it won't install. It gives this message.

I am on a new MacBook Pro with M1 Max and Monterrey.

Can anyone help?

Mike, are you using the process listed in https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/download-install-app.html to begin the download and installation process for Adobe XD? Are you installing Adobe XD on a computer and network that you own and manage?
