Hello, the Assets window on the Creative Cloud stuck on "Checking for update" a few weeks now. and I can't use the CC fonts on the Programs. I signed out, changed password and signed in again, and I still see this problem. can you help me?

Hi Adva,

Can you try to uninstall and reinstall and reinstall the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application?

Uninstall the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application using this tool.

Also, confirm me the OS that you are working on. Is it a Windows or MAC?
