The computer I originally installed Photoshop and Lightroom crashed. What do I do?

If you plan to reinstall on another machine you should not have a problem doing that since you are allowed to have two activated installations.

To free up the activation assigned to the crashed machine so that you still have an extra activation available you can contact Adobe support thru chat and they can take care of that for you - do that before you install on another machine to help minimize issues.

    Thank you so much, Ned. I've been trying to contact Adobe support through chat, but unlike other times when I did that, I couldn't get in touch with them. Could you help me with a link?
