The Creative Cloud all app plan I bought in Türkiye was cancelled and said to be "Fraudulent Account

Adobe customer service said that they did not know the specific reason and could not support refund. This plan was cancelled by their Adobe legitimate team.

They can only tell me that this is "Fraudulent Account", and they don't know the specific reason, and refuse to answer me! And no refund(I was sad and left tears)

 

"Fraudulent Account" What do you mean?

How to avoid it? I asked Adobe customer service, but they didn't know

Does anyone know?

 

I am a travel video blogger and need to go to other countries

Could the reason be that I recently used this plan in China?

Where did you purchase it from?

Some unauthorized resellers are actually selling Enterprise licenses which are intended to be use within a single company and not distributed separately. It can sometimes take Adobe a while to discover the fraud.

It is true that some enterprises will sell it, but I bought it directly from Adobe's official website in Türkiye because the exchange rate there is low, which is very cost-effective. Ha ha... He may allow me to use it in any region except China

we're all speculating (obviously). we have no inside info regarding your situation.

 

you could appeal to adobe support (again), but it sounds like they do not trust you.

Also possible: the company that sold you the Plan was stealing it. This happens a lot. The customers like you are the victims (and also Adobe). It it was less than about US$50 each month it was surely not legal.

It should be because I used this plan in China. My purchase was made directly at "Adobe. com" without any problem.

more likely there was a payment problem or contact from the credit card company to adobe..

I actually bought it directly on Adobe's official website, not through a third party
