The Download Failed, Need to Restart download

I have just attempted to download Lightroom Classic as part of the "Photography Plan". Unfortunately the Download failed because "The latest version of Lightroom cannot run on my operating system". I took the "QUIT" option, and upgraded to the latest version of Windows 10 update. From the e-mails I am receiving it is obvious that Adobe have not registered that the download failed - How do I get back "on track"so that I can attempt to download the system I have Paid For ?

If the original downlaoding and installing failed then all you have to do is open the Creative Cloud desktop app and start them again.

 

"IF" the downloading and installing of the actual Creative Cloud desktop app failed then you might want to use the CC Cleaner app to wipe adobe software and then use the link provided above to doanload and install the CC DTA and then install LR Classic and Photoshop.

Welcome the the Adobe Community!

Try dowloading the Creative Cloud app from HERE  and then sign in using your Adobe ID.

Then you'll be able to install Lightroom Classic on your computer.
