i have a new mac 10.9.4.

i would try the creative cloud but the download its no working.

the window show`s me

What is the Problem?

If I attempt a rough visual translation of what the message in the image says, it is indicating that you are trying to install on a machine that has an operating system that is not supported by the software.

If you check the Photoshop system requirements against the machine's specs you should be able to see if/where the machine comes up short.
