The download pages are hanging. I can't download CC or any apps

Did you try downloading the application using the CC Desktop app? You can download/install the CC Desktop app using the links provided on the following webpage
https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html
Once installed, login to the CC Desktop app using your Adobe ID with subscription and then you can download/install all the apps that you are subscribed to from within the CC Desktop app
