the dreamweaver trial didn't start up. tried to uninstall, dragged to trash, now cannot use/install/uninstall. what do I do?

next time properly uninstall software.

at this point undelete the deleted dw and then properly uninstall.

if you're unable to do that, try solution 2 here - CC desktop lists applications as "Up to Date" when not installed
