Trying to download Premiere Elements & Photoshop Elements, I let it do it's own thing. It says "The file archive part of ... is missing... put in same folder... download all parts". I've seen the answer "put .7z and .exe in same folder" but how? This is a brand new computer and I'm still getting used to where everything is hidden. I would have thought the download would have automatically put things in the right places.

    Catherine,

To install Photoshop or Premiere Elements  for windows, you need to download both the exe and the 7z files. They usually end up oin the download folder unless you have specified otherwise.  Just make sure to put both files in to the same folder and double click the exe file to install. Be sure to download the appropriate version depending on if you machine is 32 bit or 64 bit.

    Photoshop Elements       13, 12, 11, 10 | 9, 8, 7

    Premiere Elements         13, 12, 11, 10 | 9
