The file archive part of Adobe CS6 Design and Web Premium is missing. You need all parts in the same folder in order to extract Adobe CS6 Design and Web Premium. Please download all parts.

And that is exactly supposed to mean what? Citing error messages out of context is useless. You need to provide system info and describe what exactly you are doing.

Sorry.  After downloading required Adobe CS6 Design and Web Premium files and attempting to install, the error message "

The file archive part of Adobe CS6 Design and Web Premium is missing. You need all parts in the same folder in order to extract Adobe CS6 Design and Web Premium. Please download all parts" appears.  Using Window 8.  This happens on the Adobe Design and Web Premium CS6 installer file.

Are you certain you actualyl downloaded all parts from the site? If so, this may be mundane permissions issues. Make sure to run the whole porcess as admin. Right-click, select Run as Administrator. Also (temporarily) turn off security stuff.
